After your payment is successful, you may sometimes see your credit has not yet been sent and is Pending.
Possible reasons:
- International top up – We hold and manually review many international top up orders.
- Network outage – Our down stream provider may be offline.
- Payment finalization – A final confirmation of your payment success has not been received.
Please allow some time for us to process your order. Many times payment delays are due to the processing party and not our own system. However, if you are experiencing a delay in payment and would like us to look into it we’d be happy to help.
