How to top up

1. Go to the United States top-up page.
2. Enter the 10-digit US phone number (with or without +1 country code).
3. MobileTopup detects the carrier and shows the available top-up amounts.
4. Choose an amount and complete payment.
5. The credit is applied to the phone, usually within seconds.

Good to know

• Top-ups are for prepaid phone plans only. Postpaid (contract) accounts cannot be topped up.
• Available top-up amounts vary by carrier. Some carriers offer both airtime and data-specific top-ups.
• If the number is not recognised, double-check it is a valid US prepaid number and that the carrier is active.
• If a top-up fails, the reason is shown on your order page and a refund is processed automatically.
