I See a Charge from omise*mobiletopup.com That I Did Not Make

What is omise*mobiletopup.com?

If you see a charge on your credit or debit card statement from omise*mobiletopup.com, it means a payment was processed through our website, MobileTopup.com, using the Omise payment gateway. MobileTopup.com is a service for topping up mobile phone credit and purchasing eSIM data plans.

I did not make this purchase

If you do not recognize this charge, it is possible that someone used your card details without your permission. We take this very seriously.

Here is what you should do:

  1. Contact your bank or card issuer immediately. Report the charge as unauthorized and request a chargeback or dispute. Your bank can block your card to prevent further unauthorized charges.
  2. File a police report. If someone has used your card fraudulently, filing a report creates an official record that supports your dispute with the bank.
  3. Contact us with the charge details. We can investigate on our end if you provide:
    • The exact amount of the charge
    • The exact date and time of the charge (including seconds, if your bank app shows them)
    • A screenshot of the charge on your statement
Email this information to helpdesk@mobiletopup.com and we will look into it.

What we can do

With the exact charge amount and timestamp, we can look up the transaction in our system and cooperate with your bank's fraud investigation. We want unauthorized charges resolved just as much as you do.

What we cannot do

We cannot refund a charge directly to a card when the cardholder has no account with us. In fraud cases, the refund process goes through your bank's dispute or chargeback procedure. Your bank will contact our payment processor (Omise) as part of that process.

Is the charge from a different company?

If the charge on your statement does not say omise*mobiletopup.com, then it is not from us. Other similarly named websites (such as mobiletopup.co.uk or other top-up services) are separate companies. Check the exact wording on your statement carefully.
