No, you can not use MobileTopup.com to send credit to a postpaid user. Additionally Prepaid credit can not be sent to post paid users. We can however pay the bill of an AIS post-paid user. If you'd like to make a payment to an AIS user, please contact support and provide the AIS phone number to be paid.
