If you are outside of Thailand and would like to use your Thai mobile, you will need roaming services turned on. This is best done before you leave Thailand, but if you were not able to do it, there are a few options. Before you begin you will be asked to confirm your identity with the details of the registered SIM. You may need:
- Passport or ID number
- Name
- Date of Birth
- Date of SIM activation
Once you have this information ready, you can contact the Thai call center.
